H-10) ·         The picture(s) you would like to be included in the card ·         Any changes to the custom heading ·         Family Name ·         Individual Names ·         Photo color – color, black & white or sepia ·         Any other instructions/comments 3.      A proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours 4.     Once the final proof is approved by you, the photo card will be processed/shipped   Designs: These are unique, customized photo cards created by PixiePhotoDesigns. Most of the colors, fonts and texts can be customized. Please contact us for specific requests.   Photo Paper: Our photo cards are printed at a professional, state of the art lab on high quality – Kodak Professional Endura Supra Paper that will last a lifetime. We do not print at local drugstores. Printing will be done on matte photo paper for a more professional look.   Photo Submission: Please email your photo(s) un-edited and full size. If you are ordering a card with more than 1 photo, please indicate the order in which you would like the photo(s) to be placed unless you would like to leave it up to our discretion. Photo(s) should be submitted in JPEG format and your camera should at least be 3 MP for best quality. Your photos will be professionally enhanced if needed and I can convert the photo(s) to sepia or black & white. We can also brighten, crop, correct color, remove unwanted people/objects from the background, correct red eye and remove blemishes at no additional charge.   Before submitting, please check the image size – right click on the image file and choose “Properties”, which will open another window that gives you this information about the image file. You might also see this information about the image if you place the cursor over the image file and hover over it for a second. Email us with any questions.   Below is the minimum resolution to ensure crisp and clear photos. 4x6 photo = 600 x 400 5x7 photo = 700 x 500   By submitting your photo(s) to us you are granting us the right to create and print photo cards for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You are also agreeing that the picture(s) were taken by you or that you have authorization from the photographer; therefore, not holding us responsible for any such misuse. The customer assumes all responsibility from any misuse of a copyrighted image.   Processing Time: We will email you a sample proof of your photo card within 24 hours of receiving your photos. Unlimited edits are included for complete customer satisfaction, but please note that each edit can delay the processing time up to and additional 24 hours. Once the final photo card is approved, it will be printed and shipped within 3-4 days.   Shipping: We ship via USPS Priority Mail (usually 2-3 days delivery after the processing time). For Express overnight shipping, please contact us for further information.   Payment: Payment is expected within 2 days. We accept all major credit cards and eChecks through PayPal. If paying via eCheck, funds can take 3-4 days to clear. Payment must be completed/cleared before the photo cards are printed.   Return Policy: Returns cannot be accepted for any errors discovered after the final proof is approved.
