Digitizers are artists who know exactly what stitch type goes where, to make sure the embroidery looks as realistic as possible. Digitizing is FREE for logos up to 11,000 stitches. Stitch Counts That is the amount of stitches it takes to create your logo in the thread format.  The first 11,000 stitches are FREE! How big will the embroidery be?  The standard embroidery field is 4x4 inches-which is included in the BIN price.  For larger embroidery fields, such as the back of jackets or shirts, additional charges apply.  Our largest embroidery field is 11x7. Call us or send your logo for a quote. A special auction will be set up for you. Can my logo be embroidered in more than one place?  For additional embroidery in a different location, (such as names, text or logos), the charge is $5.00 per item. What if I don't have a logo?  We will help you create a unique logo for your event or orgnization.  The fee is $24.99.  A special auction will be set up for you. What if my logo is more than one color? Your logo can be many different colors.  There is no extra charge. Where do I send my logo?  Send it to Nessie1010@aol.com , preferably in a jpg format.  You can even fax it or send us a link where your logo can be found. When will it ship? US shipping for simple logos (up to 11,000 stitches) will take 8 to 10 business days to ship.  More complex logos will take up to 14 business days.  Logos in more than one location may take up to 20 business days.  For rush orders, the fee is $30 for returning customers, $45 for new customers.  It will be shipped out within 5 business days.  If something is out of stock, you will be notified asap.
