ITEM DESCRIPTION: 100 - Professional Quality 35-mil Magnets (2” x 3.5”)100 - White Magnet Holding Cards w/Sticky Dots (4.25" x 5.5")100 - White Envelopes (4.5" x 5.75") Our personalized magnets are a heavy 35-mil thickness that are printed on a glossy white side with your special photo(s), artwork and celebration text in digital laser colors that will not smear or rub off. Each magnet measures 2" x 3.5" and can be arranged either horizontal or vertical in design. This size magnet is too small to mail in an envelope acceptable by the post office, so we include a magnet holding card and attach each magnet securely with stickly dots, providing a professional appearance. This listing is for 100 business card size magnets, but you may order in any quantity in multiples of 10, minimum 20.You simply choose a style from the templates provided in this listing or visit our other listings for more pre-designed templates. ANY template in ANY of our other listings may be used for ANY size magnet without an extra charge. Also, for an additional design fee, our experienced designer will create a custom-designed magnet just for you. The design fee will be $10 to $25 depending on the time involved. We do not recommend that a customer supply his or her own artwork; however, if you have a design that you really want to use, please contact us to discuss how to proceed. In these instances, it is best if you provide us with the background separate and permit us to apply the text to insure the best quality in print. So here’s what you do: Buy-it-Now and make the payment Select a design from the samples and note the MAG # Email your information to us at affordablesols@bellsouth.net. Your email must include the MAG # (located on the magnet and also in the caption area), name(s) to be used, date and location of event, photo to be used and address where magnets will be mailed. IMPORTANT – as the buyer, you must be available by email for us to communicate with you. We cannot work efficiently if you purchase and are then not available. If you purchase our listing and you do not hear from us very soon afterward, please check your bulk mail or spam folder. You may need to add us to to your address book or approved email recipients. Photos: YES: High-resolution digital photo saved in jpg format; bright, colorful close-ups of the subject matter NO: Old photos with creases or those that are fuzzy, too dark or too light; low resolution photos. (You may email a questionable photo to us and we will let you know if it can be used effectively) Sorry, we can NOT print in gold, silver or white. We do not provide proofs of artwork prior to order placement AND payment - NO EXCEPTIONS. We will design your magnet once your payment and information is received (usually within 1 to 2 business days from approved payment). We then email a sample to you for your approval. It is YOUR responsibility to proofread the sample to make sure date(s), spelling, location, colors, style, etc., are correct! Once you approve the email sample, we will print and mail your magnets. You can expect to receive your magnets within 5 to 10 business days from proof approval depending on your location, unless you have upgraded shipping to Priority Mail.We have other magnet sizes and quantities in other listings. In a rare instance; however, that we make an error and we verify that it IS our error; we will reprint the order and ship it at our cost. No Refunds or Credits will be issued.If an error is discovered in a received product, such error must be reported to Affordable Solutions within 24 hours of receipt.
