If blue ink is requested, there will be an extra charge of $0.20 per piece for ballpoint pens and $0.45 per piece for rollerball pens. * GENERAL CHARGESPre-production proofs: $38.00 per color/location plus the cost of the product and shipping charge. Less than minimum: $25.00 will apply to orders with quantities of less than minimum. Random samples: End quantity pricing plus shipping charge. Return samples in 10 days for credit, except freight. Split/drop shipment: Split or drop shipments to more than one destination or at different time periods will be charged $5.00 per location/shipment. Sales tax will apply to orders shipping to addresses within the state of California unless a CA reseller’s permit is provided.
