I use dress crepe fabric (or a fabric of your choice) that is machine washable, wears well, is wrinkle resistant and comes in traditional alter colors (white, purple, green, black) and special colors too.  Specialty fabrics (satin, brocade, etc.) can be ordered as well (special fabric may increase price).  Your first two embroidery designs are free, each additional design is $10.00 (my cost).
