The buyer sends me one (1 or more) samples of a polymer film to test along with general information if known Sample should be at least 8” wide and approximately 20 feet in length I test it and send you a short email summary with test data and statistics in pdf format. I follow the ASTM D1709 A test method using the Kayeness dart drop unit in an A2LA Lab.  Standard test capabilities for running puncture tests up to 1,000 grams. I will also give you my opinion based on my experience as to what the results are telling you if you like. I would have to know something about the sample to do this but it's up to you how much info you want to share.  Most work completed in 5-7 days vs most outside labs at 3-4 weeks.
