Discus Rebuilding Available: Why buy when you can get your old discus out of the garage or closet and have it rebuilt as good as new; in some case better than when it was new! $ 45.00 will cover a total rebuild with FREE shipping to anywhere in the US. I can perform a total rebuild on ABS plastic and all wooden discus with a turn around of about two weeks. 1) Your old or broken ABS discus will get an excellent make over; where as the ring is cleaned, machined, and nickel plated for rust prevention. New reinforced ABS side plates will be hand fit and assembled. The new ABS plates will be clear coated with automotive paint, or hand polished per your request. 2) I will rebuild your old wood discus using new solid 'HARD ROCK MAPLE'. No lamination or glued edges, solid one piece side plates individually cut to fit 'snug as a bug', glued, sealed and coated with clear automotive paint. Rims are cleaned and nickel plated for rust prevention. All components are machined to hand fit and assembled. 3) By request I can rebuild and convert your old wood discus by installing new ABS side plates. 4) All discus will be guarenteed to meet weight standards, and standards for thickness. 5) I can make specialty weighted practice discus for you at no additional cost, limited to plus or minus 250 grams.
