SHIPPING IS FREE FOR THIS ITEM VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR UPS GROUND. Your photo will be printed on our wide format equipment.  Depending on the quality of the image that you send us, the enlargement will be extremely high quality (at or above lab quality... again, depending on the quality of the image that you send us).  We print on heavy photo paper and use UV resistant inks (prints will last many years before they start to fade).  Prints have a satin finish and are ideal for framing, mounting on foam board, etc.  Please see our Photo Printing or Enlargements section of our web site for different sizes, quantities, and finishing options. Your prints will ship rolled in a mailer tube and will be packed carefully.  Prints usually mail same day or next morning and should be delivered within 2-5 business days, in most cases. After purchasing this item, please send your image as an attachment to e-mail to us at: In the subject line, please send your e-bay ID and this auction number (so we can quickly reconcile your image with your order). If you have any questions, please call Thomas or Jim at: 330 538-3440 or contact us at the e-mail address above.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR IMAGE IS LESS THAN 5MB or it will be rejected by our e-mail server (you may need to compress it using a .zip program to get it under the 5MB limit).  If you are sending multiple images, please do not attach more than 5MB worth of photos to a single e-mail (send multiple e-mails if needed). Also, please do not increase the size or the resolution of your image using your desktop software... send us the image at the size/resolution that your camera snapped the picture and we can adjust it in our software (please also remember to set your digital camera to the highest resolution that it offers for future photos that you will take).  If your image does not have proportions that match 24x36 or 36x24 when enlarged, please let us know how the image should be cropped or otherwise adjusted.  We will be happy to expand the image a few inches on either side when enlarged as needed, or crop the image so that it matches the requested size... just let us know.  We can also print a 24x30 or 24x32, or 26x32 (or similar size) for this auction.
