How long will it take for my appliances to arrive? Once payment is received, 3-5 working days depending on your location.  Are the appliances new and under warranty? Yes.  They are shipped brand new, first quality direct from GE's factory or RDC (regional distribution center).  They carry a minimum 1-year parts and labor warranty.  You may purchase a 4-year extended warranty (5-years total) for $99 (see our warranty listing in our Ebay store).  Who delivers the appliances? For the blue states mentioned above, GE has different contract warehouse/shipping contractors in each state. Many have several warehouses set up to deliver for Home Depot, builder-apartment customers,  and appliances purchased direct from GE's website.  For example, GE has one contract company set up in Virginia with warehouses in Roanoke (West), Richmond (Central) and Virginia Beach (West).  The Roanoke warehouse receives appliances daily from GE's main factory called Appliance Park in Louisville, KY to distribute to customers across Western Virginia and parts of West Virginia.  Will they install my new appliances, too?
