After you make your purchase and make your PayPal payment, we'll email you your receipt with some simple instructions. The auction of a upgrade service is no different than any eBay listing transaction, which is a binding contract good for 180 days (6 months).  After 180 days, your repair coupon expires. What if you find my unit needs repair? We will contact you via email or telephone with the symptoms we have found and we will direct you to our repair listing for your model. If you decide not to have it repaired, we can return your unit unrepaired but upgraded or unrepaired and not upgraded with a full refund.   Do you sell machines already upgraded?
