Description
amalgamatedliquidators Store SERVICES FOR CONSUMERS & BUSINESS This is not legal advice. FOCUS: 1. Avoiding Collection Agency Harassment 2. Opinion on dealing with Judgments 3. Protecting Your Rights under FDCPA & FCRA & GLB 4. Global Asset Protection 5. Off-Shore & Domestic Strategies - Simple and Complex I am a: Former manager of 14 Billion+ in delinquent US credit card and installment debt portfolios; previously having participated in lobbying for Fair Credit Reporting Act, Graham Leach Bliley Act, and others; I have extensive experience with International Asset protection and can provide "Theories" to help people with their theoretical issues in these areas in many countries from very simple first name structures to very complex multi-layer arms-length structures. I have visited more than 100 countries. I have banking knowledge and/or relationships in 50+ countries. I keep in discussions with many asset protection firms worldwide and keep abreast of new strategies. I am not here to teach anyone how to avoid taxation. That is not my purpose in the offering. This service is to help teach people about how to avoid harassing creditors and work around or better negotiate judgments or avoid them altogether. This country needs our tax revenues today more than ever. I will not advocate or discuss anything that smells of tax evasion. Tax mitigation is another matter; but truly its not my focus here. Some basic areas: 1. How to protect yourself from civil judgments in U.S. and if you now have this default judgment; what's next? 2. How to get around collections agencies - what are they afraid of? how to push their buttons? how to snare them into FDCPA and FCRA violations. 3. How to protect what is left. 4. How to maintain your privacy and be difficult to locate through traditional means. Nothing fishy. Nothing complicated. 5. or go into court, and know how to work the bank's outsourced attorney network in ways they are not expecting to get a summary dismissal. Remember your generally one of man in the same bulk referral batch and the other side is generally hoping for a default judgment. Benefit from experiences on both sides of these aisles. I can't give you legal advice. I cannot help you with anything that violates U.S. laws. I can show you a great many tricks that will likely help you to lead a better life if its gone astray from these types of issues. Nevermind the credit repair agencies. You can get more done yourself by writing the letter yourself. New laws restrict their ability to engage in some of what is likely to help you. Save your money. You have numerous free websites and government internet resources to help. Some attorneys are very vaulable to you with negotiating debt but beware the sharks in the water there as well. Also; remember that discussions here span numerous different specialties. I bring me my experiences from many different perspectives and from experiences generally more broad than what you can expect from others. You might pay an attorney 200-500 per hour for advice in areas that they do not fully specialize in or understand or that they do not have a broad impression of. In some cases they risk liability for telling you some truths. I have found myself over the years offering free advice to hundreds of people; friends of friends; etc on these strategies. I have researched asset protection strategies used in upwards of 50 different countries. I have also been stung by overpriced attorneys specializing in these areas who in the end often know less than a basic private banker in Hong Kong when it comes to simple strategies for helping to sleep better in a time when many people are having financial troubles and are scared about their bank account being frozen unexpectedly just in time for a mortgage check to bounce. Particularly in asset protection; 5,000 - 25,000 basic structures are often proposed by individuals who publish 1 or 2 books are you are meant to feel good about them from a few publications. The U.S. based asset protection industry doesn't have 1% of the game one can elsewhere and focusing on Carribean jurisdictions I personally believe to be foolhardy. I will provide a phone consult of up to 30 minutes for $100. This is an introductory price while I finish my book. I realize that for the individual looking for asset protection advice; they think; this is too cheap; this can't be good; all my advisors charge me more than this guy. If he was any good he would be charging mroe. From the other side; individuals who are in financial harms way; they are scared to spend this much. Many people are afraid to spend this much and I understand this as well. I will entertain hardship requests from people who cannot afford the $100 consult and try my best to help as many people as I can. I enjoy the process of helping to teach people how to stand up for their rights. Payment would be made via Paypal which can accept credit cards. I will make best efforts to schedule same day or next day upon receipt of payment. Some things to remember when getting ready for our telephone consult: Have a pen and paper ready Have a list of questions prepared If you are scared of a question; ask it in a theoretical manner I will presume by default that much of our conversation is "theoretical" I do not advocate anything illegal; just basic strategies for protecting oneself as we run the course of these difficult times. I know what the Banks, Collections Agencies, Attorney Referral Network, and Bad Debt purchasers don't want you to know. They are quite found of stretching that thin line and many times crossing it expecting the consumer to be unaware of his or her rights and they are increasingly not concerned with FTC. Push their buttons where they're money comes from. Get a law firm fired from an attorney network for collections or get the bank or agency to fire the network OR get the bank to fire the agency. These are what build great concern. I love to hear about consumers standing up for themselves. Even though I ran a large collections agency; I always terminated collectors who pushes the limits or strayed from the law ON-THE-SPOT. But most agencies do not. The culture at most is often see-no-evil hear-no-evil and you cannot listen to every call. Remember many times; its cheaper for them to settle in cash with you for less than the deductible for their Error & Omissions (E&O) Insurance or Collections Agency insurance that many have with the ACA. Also; when they go for a big contract with a bank or portfolio owner; they ask about historical legal actions and regulatory complaints. No one wants to document this stuff. The average citizen has so many rights in their favor in this area and yet so many never act to enforce these rights. Lets talk about some ways to help that. Thank you and I look forward to being of assistance.
