Description
The staff at DrVoIP consists of ShoreTel, Microsoft and CISCO certified Voice over IP Technicians and degreed engineers. A VoIP solution is only as good as the network it is built on. For this reason, every member of the DrVoIP staff is minimally a CISCO CCNA level professional. The staff can not only configure and trouble shoot VoIP system issues, but resolve LAN/WAN MPLS and QOS issues. DrVoIP is a flat $195 on a "pay per incident" basis. Regardless of the time involved to resolve your issue, you pay a single fee per incident. All payments are "in advance" and the company accepts PayPal or Credit Card payment only. You may purchase a single incident for $195 or a block of 10 Incidents for a discounted price of $1775. Installation projects are quoted on a "per user, per switch and per site basis". Contact Drvoip@Drvoip.com to arrange a conference call to discuss installation options. All installations assume that the client provides equipment "rack and stack" and "hands and feet" on site. All DrVoiP configuration, installation and programming (including VLAN setup) will be provided remotely. Optionally, DrVoIP can arrange for an onsite installation. Telephone Company circuit provisioning can also be quoted by the DrVoIP staff. We work with a wide range of common carriers to provide SIP, PRI, Analog, Wireless and MPLS connectivity solutions.
